When I build websites for wedding and event businesses, we always end up talking about what happens after someone clicks “inquire.” For rental companies, that part tends to get complicated pretty fast. You need to know what’s available on a given date, get a quote out before the client books someone else, and collect a deposit without chasing anyone down.
If that sounds like your business, you’re in luck! That’s exactly the kind of work Goodshuffle Pro was built for. Below, I’ll walk through what it does, what it costs, and how it connects to your rental company website. That last piece in particular is my forte, and it’s often where a lot of rental pros get stuck.

Goodshuffle Pro is event rental management software. It pulls inventory, quotes and contracts, payments, dispatch, CRM, and reporting into one platform, so you’re not jumping between a spreadsheet, an email thread, and a payment app for every booking.
It’s built specifically for the event side of the rental world. Goodshuffle works with party rental companies, tent companies, AV and lighting pros, and event florists. If you rent out lounge furniture, linens, arches, or dance floors, you’re exactly the kind customer Goodshuffle built this tool for.
Double booking is the rental mistake nobody wants to have to explain to a bride two weeks before her wedding. In Goodshuffle Pro, every item on every quote is checked against your event calendar, and the software flags conflicts before a quote goes out. You can upload as many inventory items as you have, and projects, quotes, and contracts are unlimited on every plan.
Quoting is often where rental companies lose significant time. Goodshuffle Pro keeps quotes, contracts, billing, and online payment processing in the same place, so a client can review a proposal, sign it, and pay the deposit in one go.
Once the event is booked, someone still has to pull the items and get them to the venue. The plans include digital pull sheets for fulfillment and an AI auto-route feature for dispatch. Larger teams can add advanced barcoding for faster warehouse scanning.
Goodshuffle offers free, unlimited training and support for as long as you use the software, which is extra helpful if you’re moving years of inventory out of spreadsheets.
When it comes to pricing, there are two different options offered so that you’re likely to find one that fits your needs. The Lite plan starts at $39 a month and Standard starts at $99 a month, with add-on costs listed publicly on the website.
The Lite plan is aimed at solo event pros ready to move off spreadsheets. It includes one account owner, one limited team member, and 24/7 chat support. Standard is built for fast-growing businesses that need more advanced features and 1:1 coaching.
There’s a free trial, so you can load some inventory and send a test quote before paying anything. Pricing might change over time, so check the current plans to help you decide which one is the right fit.

As a website designer, this is the part I care about most, because ultimately your rental company website is usually the first place a planner or couple sees your inventory.
Goodshuffle Pro offers a website integration that puts your inventory on your own site. Once it’s set up, you update inventory inside Goodshuffle Pro, and a Wishlist feature lets visitors collect items without any extra shopping plugins. When you retire a chair style or add new linens, you change it once and your site follows.
A couple of practical details:
The integration handles the inventory, but your website still has to do the selling. A strong rental company website shows your pieces styled at events, makes it clear how to request a quote, and is built so local planners can find you on Google when they search for rentals in your area. The software keeps your catalog accurate, and your site gives people a reason to open it.
If your current site isn’t pulling its weight, I can help you with that!
Goodshuffle Pro makes the most sense if event rentals are your main business and you’re outgrowing spreadsheets, email quotes, or a patchwork of apps. Solo owners can start on Lite, and teams with warehouse staff and drivers have room to grow into Standard.
If you run an event rental company and want to see how Goodshuffle Pro handles your inventory, start with the free trial to try it out. And if you need a website that shows off that inventory and brings in inquiries, book a call with me and let’s explore how we can work together!
